Versatile, space-saving, and a major upgrade from screw-on dumbbells!These 16″ adjustable dumbbell handles have been an excellent addition to my home gym. If you already have weight plates, you can create whatever size dumbbell you need—no need for an entire rack taking up space. It’s a huge space-saver and a budget-friendly way to get a full range of dumbbell weights.I especially appreciate how these feel more like a traditional barbell. The grip size mimics that of a standard bar, which makes a real difference in comfort and control during workouts. They’re also far superior to the screw-on type handles I used before—more solid, more secure, and much easier to swap weights quickly.The only minor downside is that the logo stickers on the ends came off within the first week. It’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect performance, but worth noting. They do seem a bit generic with a branded sticker added on—but that’s not a dealbreaker at all given the performance and value.If you’re building out a home gym, these are an absolute must-have. Highly recommend!
